The world class artisan, Dale Chihuly designed and directed the construction of this magnificent exhibition hall and gardens. Located on the grounds of the space needle in Seattle, the Chihuly Garden and Glass is the perfect companion to the impressive Space Needle.
We walked through with a permanent WOW on our lips, marveling at each turn into yet another room filled with color and design.
Incredible Glass Ceiling
Float Boat
The Glass House is an amazing transition from inside to outside. As you look up, you see the incredible glass pieces suspended from the ceiling of this impressive glass building. Through the ceiling you can see the Space Needle.
Then we walked outdoors into the beautiful Seattle sunshine and
continued with our WOW's into the garden. The glass pieces seem to
grow right out of the garden, causing you to feel as if you just
walked into a fantasy.
Talk about a sensory overload, Chihuly Garden and Glass will supply you with that and more.
There are several other Dale Chihuly exhibits around the country. We have promised ourselves not to miss a one.
